I recently connected with pattern designer Swan Sheridan from Swan Amity Studios, and Fabric Designer for Island Batik. Her new line – Bee Kind is gorgeous! Rich purples, yellows, and greens – some with bee motifs, all in the high-quality batiks that Island Batik is known for. How could I resist?
Time to make up one of my patterns in these beautiful fabrics. On the front cover of Block by Block – you’ll see I’ve done just that. The purple and green outer borders – surround a center of dark purple, blue, green, and yellow.
These beautiful fabrics will be available in local quilt shops soon. in the meantime – here’s a look at all the colors in the line.
