PHYSICAL PATTERNS
No returns are accepted for physical patterns. Please review all available information carefully before you make your purchase. The exception to this policy is if the pattern arrives to you damaged. In that case – I will replace the pattern, shipping it by the original shipping method.
DIGITAL DOWNLOAD PATTERNS
No refunds for Digital Download Patterns – no exceptions. If you don’t see it within a couple of hours after completing your purchase – check your spam and promotion folders to make sure your patterns didn’t end up somewhere unexpected. Please contact me if you are unable to find the link to your pattern after you have completed your purchase. I will do whatever I can to help you find it.
