Folding Task Light

I’ve been using an older version of this handy little task light for years. This new version includes USB charging, which I find very useful with I’m traveling. I put this light right on the table and it lights up my hand stitching – without getting light in my (or anyone else’s) eyes.

Another use: Just the other day, I watched someone use it for lighting up the quilt top. The long-arm quilter was quilting a white quilt with white thread (always a challenge for the eyes). She laid this foldable lamp on it’s side, right on the quilt top to light up the area she was working on. The light laying on it’s side highlighted both the surface of the fabric, and the stitching making it much easier to see.
