I am delighted to share that I was one of 6 designers chosen to create a quilt using the beautiful Shop Hop event fabrics for the All Mid-Atlantic Shop Hop. The All Mid Atlantic Shop Hop runs from July 1 to August 31, 2025.
My quilt (Freedom’s Fireworks) features the Benartex Fabrics created to represent the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia. The quilt and instructions are featured on pages 128 – 138 of the Shop Hop magazine.
Not going to be in the Mid-Atlantic states for the Shop Hop? No problem – contact any participating shop, and I’m sure they will be happy to sell you a copy of the magazine. I would start with Amy Baughman Sew and Quilt in Harmony, Pennsylvania.
The quilt will be on display at Amy Baughman Sew and Quilt in Harmony, Pennsylvania, until the end of the Shop Hop on August 31st. If you are visiting the shop for the Shop Hop, I’d love a picture of the quilt!
The All Mid-Atlantic Shop Hop Magazine
There are 125 Mid-Atlantic shops participating in this event. Be sure to pick up a copy of the magazine at any participating shop. The event is divided into regions, so you don’t need to do the entire thing to be eligible for prizes.
The magazine includes six beautiful quilts – with complete instructions, details about every participating shop, and lots of other quilty info as well. It will make a great quilting travel resource – even after the Shop Hop ends.
